We Welcome Exhibitors at ICML who are publishers of Scientific Journals and Books.
For Publishers of Scientific Journals and Books, there is a charge of $5,000 USD per table to exhibit.
Please read this entire page before applying. To apply to become an exhibitor at ICML, you must first log into your ICML account and update it, or if you do not have an account you will be asked to create one. After you log in, complete exhibitor application Once you have submitted your application, you will be contacted by a member of the ICML Conference staff with further details.

Setup and Tear Down
We will give you more information about your booth number in the future.
Move in: on Monday, July 9th, 2018. You need to be on site to have any shipped items from the loading dock moved to your booth on the 5th. See Shipping and Customs below for more information on having freight forwarder store and retrieve your goods.
Move out on Sunday, July 15th unless you are staying longer for the federated meeting.
Exhibitor hours: Tuesday, July 10th, 9:00 am - 8:00 pm, Wednesday - Sunday, July 11th - 15th from 9:00am - 5:30 pm. These are suggested times; you can decide what works best for you.

Exhibitors
Each person at your booth will need a badge to get into the exhibitor area. An Exhibitor Badge is free but only grants access to the exhibitor area and not the meeting itself. Exhibitor badges should be given to the staff who will be manning your tables. Please enter the email addresses of those needing an exhibitor badge and press Submit Exhibitor Badges. Repeat for each person. You may provision exhibitor passes in your application until August 1.
